For the reasons given in the consolidated case of John M. Duhe, Jr., et al. v. Texaco, Inc., 99-2002 (La.App. 3 Cir. 02/07/01); 779 So.2d 1070, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
