GREMILLION, Judge.

For the reasons set forth in our opinion rendered this day in St. Agnes Health/Rehabilitation Center v. Prenella Ledet, 00-1587 (La.App. 3 Cir. 3/21/01); 782 So.2d 1145, the judgment of the workers’ compensation judge granting St. Agnes’ motion for summary judgment is affirmed at Ledet’s cost.

AFFIRMED.
