YELVERTON, J.

For the reasons discussed in Teilla L. Noel v. Home Health 2000, Inc., 01-1543, (La.App. 3 Cir.5/8/02), 816 So.2d 955, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs of this appeal are assessed against Home Health Care 2000.

AFFIRMED.
