YELVERTON, J.

For the reasons discussed in John L. Romagosa v. Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government, WCW01-1600 (La. App. 3 Cir.05/29/02), 824 So.2d 448, the WRIT application in WCW01-1582 is GRANTED AND MADE PEREMPTORY. It is ordered that LCG be allowed to introduce the letter into evidence on the issue of penalties and attorney fees.
