SULLIVAN, Judge.

' For the reasons expressed in Walker v. Holt, 03-1722 (La.App. 3 Cir. 9/29/04), 888 So.2d 255, 2004 WL 2180993, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed to Zurich North America Insurance Company.

AFFIRMED.
