For the reasons given in Massie v. Deloach, 04-1425 (La.App. 3 Cir. 3/2/05), 896 So.2d 1246, 2005 WL 477631, handed down this date, the judgment of the trial court assessing costs in the amount of $9,642.65 against the plaintiff, Charles William Mas-sie, III, in accordance with the requirements of La.Code Civ.P. art. 970, is affirmed. Additionally, we assess all costs of this appeal to Charles William Massie, III.
