Louisiana Medical Mutual Insurance Company, et al, 14-519 (La.App. 3 Cir. 11/05/14); 150 So.3d 614, 2014 WL 5668204, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed and remanded. Costs of the appeal are as*966sessed equally against appellant, Ms. Cas-tille, and the defendants.
