Relator failed to attach a of the issue herein, copy motion at the ruling thereon, the plea and guilty sentencing transcript and/ or criminal court minutes. Supplementation of this writ application and/ or an application for rehearing will not be considered.

If relator elects to file a new application with this court, the application shall be filed on or before 2020 July 2, without the necessity of obtaining a return date.
