WRIT GRANTED WITH ORDER. The district court' s August 9, defendants, Arthur J. Gallagher Risk 2021 judgment, granting Services, Inc., Andrea Helo, and Jacob Crawfords, Management Exception of No Right of Action, is a final, Peremptory appealable judgment. See La. Code Civ. P. art. 1915( A)( 1). Thus, is granted for the limited purpose of the writ application

remanding this matter to the district court with instructions to grant an appeal to plaintiff, Jason Myers, pursuant to his intent to for supervisory writs. See In timely notice of apply 541 So. 2d 195, 197 ( La. 1989) ( per curiam). In the re Howard, event plaintiff seeks to appeal the district court' s judgment, he shall submit a new order for appeal to the district court

within thirty days of this order. Additionally, a copy of this court' s order is to be included in the appellate record.
