WRIT GRANTED. Relator' s conviction for violating La. R. S.

56: 118 is reversed, and the sentence is vacated. Viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the prosecution, we find the evidence was insufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that relator wasguilty of violating La. R. S. 56: 118. See Jackson v. Virginia, 443 U. S. 307, 319, 99 S. Ct. 2781, 2") 89, 61 L. Ed. 2d 560 ( 1979); State v. Mussall, 523 So. 2d 1305 ( La. 1988).
