The records of the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court’s Office reflect that relator filed a motion to quash on February 17, 2022, which was denied by the district court on February 18, 2022. Relator filed a second motion to quash on February 22, 2022, which was denied by the district court on February 24, 2022. Relator also filed a motion for speedy trial on January 5, 2022. The motion is set for a hearing on June 28, 2022. It is further noted that on February 2, 2022, a bill of information was filed charging relator.
