WRIT DENIED Defendant, Marco Henderson, seeks review of the trial court’s September 10, 2024 ruling granting the State’s Motion in Limine To Preclude Evidence of Threats or Victim’s Alleged Dangerous Character. Based on the showing made, we cannot say that the trial court abused its discretion in granting the State’s motion in limine. However, as indicated by the trial court, this ruling may be reconsidered in the event that further discovery or testimony at trial provides a basis to do so. Thus, we deny defendant’s writ application.
