Supreme Court of Louisiana · Decided July 1, 1810

Aston v. Morgan

Opinion of the Court

By the Court.

When the court believes, that by allowing an amendment, they will enable the *183parties sooner to arrive at the determination of their differences, than by rejecting it, and the party who resists the amendment is unable to point out any injury which he is likely to sustain by the amendment; they will consider that injury would be done to both if they compelled the plaintiff to dismiss his suit.

Motion Granted.
