This case being founded upon the same state of facts as that presented in the case of Yale & Bowling, in Liquida*1013tion, vs. Bond & Williams, Opposition of Gilkeson-Sloss Oommission Company, No. 1279, on the docket of this court, and just decided in favor of the plaintiffs in injunction, for the same reasons as are therein assigned like judgment should be pronounced in this case.
