Opinion of the Court

Defendants charged with violation of Act No. 7 of 1892, entitled “ An act to prohibit the gambling game of craps, and to provide punishment therefor,” were found guilty, and each sentenced to pa,y a fine of fifteen dollars, and costs of suit; they appealed.

This court is without jurisdiction, ratione materise, under Art. 81 of the Constitution, to entertain the appeals.

The appeals are dismissed.
