Statement.
Defendant, charged with murder and convicted of manslaughter, moved for a new trial, and presents her case to this court by means of a bill of exception ■> to the overruling of the same.
The grounds set up in the motion relate exclusively to questions of fact, of which this court has no jurisdiction.
Judgment affirmed..
