Allopathic State Board of Medical Examiners v. Williams

Opinion of the Court

PROYOSTY, J.

This is a suit to enjoin defendant from practicing medicine in this state without his having first obtained a certificate as required by section 2, Act No. 49, p. 56, of 1894, and also to recover from him $150, penalties provided for by said statute. Judgment was rendered as prayed. On the evidence, this judgment is obviously correct; and we assume defendant so recognizes, since he has not appeared in this court, either in oral argument or by brief.

Judgment affirmed.
