Amos Kent Lumber & Brick Co. v. Tax Assessor

Opinion of the Court

BREAUX, C. J.

The issues in this case are similar to those in the case of the Natalbany Lumber Company against the same defendants. 48 South. 879, ante, 174.

In this case, also, the defendants did not *179appear on appeal to urge error in the judgment of the district court.

It only remains for us to affirm the judgment of the district court.

It is affirmed.

PROVOSTY, J., takes no part, not having heard the argument.
