Lee v. Baham

Opinion of the Court

MONROE, J.

This is a suit for divorce, on. the ground of adultery. There are two witnesses who testify positively to the fact, and the circumstances are strongly corroborative. Defendant made an attempt to impeach the witnesses, which the judge a quo, who saw them, heard them, and probably knew them, evidently concluded was not successful. Our *201examination of the record has led us to the same conclusion.

The judgment appealed from is therefore affirmed.
