Opinion of the Court

O’NIELL, J.

Defendant appeals from a judgment for $3,238.21 damages for an alleged tort. The facts and issues presented are stated in the opinion handed down to-day in the companion suit entitled Joseph G. Olivier et al. v. J. A. Majors (No. 22104), 83 South. 23, ante, p. 815.

For the reasons given in that case, the judgment appealed from is annulled, and plaintiffs’ demand is rejected, and their suit is dismissed at their cost.
