Appellant was indicted for manufacturing intoxicating liquor for beverage purposes, in violation of Act 39 of 1921 (Ex. Sess.) p. 42. The issue presented is the same as in the case of State v. Cleary (No. 25318) 92 South. 892.1 decided to-day. For the reasons given in that case,
