This case is in all respects similar to that of State of Louisiana v. Robert *1045Orr (No. 25444, La.) 95 South. 211,1 this day decided; and hence, for the reasons there assigned, it is ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the judgment appealed from be affirmed.
