State v. Turner

State v. Turner
Supreme Court of Louisiana · Decided February 26, 1923 · No. 25771 · Land

State v. Turner

Opinion of the Court

LAND, J.

The defendant appeals from a conviction and sentence for the offense of manufacturing whisky for beverage purposes. As the record contains nothing but a motion for a new trial on the ground that the judgment against defendant is contrary to the law and the evidence, no question of law is presented to this court for review.

The judgment appealed from is therefore affirmed.
