ROGERS, J.

, Although there is a different tract of land involved, the issues in this case are identical with the issues in the consolidated cases of Charles F. Noble v. Mrs. Mary J. Plouf, Mrs. Mary Agnew, and Mrs. Eva G. Powell (No. 23769), 97 South. 599,1 this day decided. For the reasons set forth in the opinion therein, the judgment herein appealed from is affirmed.
