State v. Stokes

Opinion of the Court

O’NIELL, O. J.

Appellant was convicted of the offense of manufacturing intoxicating liquor for sale for beverage purposes. His complaint is the same that was considered and disposed of in the case of State v. Farmer et al. (No. 26714) ante, p. 544, 102 So. 664, decided to-day.

For the reasons given in that case, the conviction in this ease is affirmed.
