THOMPSON, J.

This case presents the same question as involved in the case of State v. Dolly Tully (No. 28194) ante, p. 666, 111 So. 53, and is controlled by the ruling this day handed down in said case.

For the reasons given in the stated ease, the conviction and sentence are affirmed.
