ST. PAUL, J.

The defendant appeals from a conviction and sentence for possessing intoxicating liquor for beverage purposes, to wit, 31 gallons of corn whisky.

The record contains neither bill of exception nor assignment of error, nor shows any error patent on the face thereof.

The verdict and sentence are therefore affirmed.
