State v. O'Rear

Opinion of the Court

LAND, J.

Defendant has appealed to this court from a conviction and sentence in the lower court for selling intoxicating liquors for beverage purposes.

*335 Since the record contains neither bill of exception, motion to quash, motion in arrest of Judgment, nor assignment of errors, and, as there is no error patent upon the face of the record, there is nothing for this court to review.

The conviction and sentence are therefore affirmed.
