For the reasons stated in the opinion this day handed down in these consolidated cases, 223 La. 221, 65 So.2d 321, it is ordered that the judgment áppealed from on the rule involving alimony, bearing No. 40,476 of the docket of this Court be and the same is hereby affirmed at appellant’s costs.
