Woodland Heights Property Owners Ass'n v. Bel-Air Developments, Inc.

Opinion of the Court

In re: Bel-Air Developments, Inc., et al. applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus and prohibition.

*381The application is denied. The judgment complained of is not a final judgment and the showing made by applicant does not justify the exercise of our supervisory jurisdiction.

SUMMERS, J., concurs in the refusal to grant writs herein on the basis that the judgment of the trial court is correct. McCALEB, J., is of the opinion that a writ should be granted with a stay order.
