Opinion of the Court

In re: Inferno Manufacturing Corporation et al. applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of Lafourche. 199 So.2d 210.

Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal we find no error of law in its judgment.

HAMITER and McCALEB, JJ., are of the opinion that a writ should be granted limited to a consideration of quantum.
