Opinion of the Court

In re: State of Louisiana applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus and review and for a stay order.

The district judge is hereby ordered to permit the witness (Jim Jones) to answer a question or questions objected to by the defense, regarding admissions allegedly made by the accused which are pertinent to this matter, and to reserve to the defendant the right to renew and urge his objection on an appeal in the event of his conviction.
