In re: James Blackburn applying for writs of habeas corpus and certiorari.

*859Writ denied. Based upon the affidavit of trial counsel of the relator filed in this court, we find no merit to the complaint that the relator was not informed of his right to appeal. The allegations are without merit.

BARHAM, J., does not concur.
