Lauro v. Travelers Insurance Co.

Opinion of the Court

In re: Elena Anna Lauro, et vir. Michel Iseman applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans. 261 So.2d 261.

Writ denied. Although applicant complains of the instructions to the jury by the trial court judge, the Court of Appeal made an independent determination from the record that defendants were not guilty of negligence.

SANDERS, BARHAM and TATE, JJ., are of the opinion that a writ should be granted.
