In re: Aleck Schultz applying for certi-orari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of Iberville. 263 So.2d 495.

Writ Denied: Since only a monied judgment was entered herein the result is correct and not in conflict with Ascension Builders v. Jumonville, 262 La. 519, 263 So.2d 875 (1972).

Dissenting Opinion

DIXON, J.,

is of the opinion that the writ should be granted. There is no evidence in the record to support the judgment of the district court.
