In re: Mrs. Lorena Bush, et vir applying for certiorari, or writ of review to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of East Baton Rouge. 264 So.2d 717.

Application denied; on the record before us we cannot conclude that the applicant has been prejudiced by an error of law.

BARHAM, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. SANDERS, J., is of the opinion that a writ should be granted.
