In re: Rubin Davis applying for writs of habeas corpus, certiorari, prohibition and mandamus.

Writ granted. Evidentiary hearing ordered. See Kitchens v. Smith, 401 U.S. 847, 91 S.Ct. 1089, 28 L.Ed.2d 519 (1971).

SANDERS, J., concurs since evidence is required to determine whether or not there was a waiver of counsel.
