State ex rel. Wiggins v. Henderson
Supreme Court of Louisiana · Decided January 9, 1973 · No. 53080
270 So. 2d 877; 264 La. 228; 1973 La. LEXIS 5545 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)
State ex rel. Wiggins v. Henderson

Opinion of the Court

In re: Vionel C. Wiggins applying for writs of certiorari and habeas corpus.

Writ denied. Relator’s complaint here is of ineffective counsel because counsel did not inform him of right to appeal. Minute entry affirmatively shows that the Court completely and fully informed relator of appeal rights and offered appeal with counsel and transcript even if indigent.
