Richardson v. Tate

Opinion of the Court

In re: T. L. James & Company and National Surety Corporation applying for Cer-tiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans. 269 So.2d 278.

Writ denied. Under the facts found, we find no error of law.

BARHAM, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal, Moore, the employer of plaintiffs, was an independent contractor and the plaintiffs were not borrowed servants of this defendant.
