State ex rel. Robinson v. Henderson
Supreme Court of Louisiana · Decided January 25, 1973 · Barham
271 So. 2d 534; 1973 La. LEXIS 6659 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

State ex rel. Robinson v. Henderson

Opinion of the Court

In re: Robert Robinson applying for writs of habeas corpus and mandamus.

Writ denied. The trial judge having held a hearing and denied the application for writs, this mandamus application is moot.

Concurring Opinion

BARHAM, J.,

concurs. There is an alternative prayer for writ of habeas corpus but a subsequent petition fully setting forth the allegations for that relief will afford this Court a better opportunity for considering the alternative prayer.
