In re: Billy Wayne Sinclair applying for writ of habeas corpus.

Writ denied. The record of appeal in this case demonstrates adequate representation by competent counsel. See State v. Sinclair, 258 La. 84, 245 So.2d 365. (1971).

BARHAM, DIXON and CALOGERO, JJ., are of the opinion an evidentiary hearing is required under State law on the factual allegations of inadequate counsel. C.Cr.P. Art. 354.
