SUMMERS, J.,

is of the opinion the issues contemplated by the Order of February 13, 1973 should be defined by this Court.

Considering the application herein, as well as the opposition of the respondent judge,

Ordered that the respondent judge of Section F, Criminal District Court, Parish of Orleans, comply forthwith with this Court’s Order of February 13, and to hold such hearing as the pleadings ordered filed may warrant.
