In re: Floyd Grigsby applying for remedial writ and writ of habeas corpus.

Writ granted. Evidentiary hearing is ordered on involuntary guilty plea. See order.

On considering the petition of the relator in the above numbered and entitled cause,

Ordered that the Criminal District Court, Section E, Parish of Orleans, grant an evidentiary hearing based on an involuntary guilty plea and make a determination of the merits of relator’s application filed in that court after the hearing.
