State ex rel. Salisberry v. Henderson
Supreme Court of Louisiana · Decided April 12, 1973
275 So. 2d 785; 1973 La. LEXIS 5850 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

State ex rel. Salisberry v. Henderson

Opinion of the Court

In re: Joseph Salisberry applying for writs of habeas corpus, certiorari, prohibition and mandamus.

Writ denied. No factual basis is alleged for the legal conclusion of discrimination in the choice of petit jurors. The allegations of incompetent counsel are insufficient, especially in view of the evidentiary hearing and findings thereon on a prior application. See Docket No. 51,796, 259 La. 796, 253 So.2d 62 (1971).
