In re: Carey M. Horowitz applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus and habeas corpus.

Writ denied. On the basis of evidentiary hearing and trail court’s findings we find no merit in petitioner’s contentions.

concurs. Applicant did not establish that his court appointed lawyer duped him into taking the blame to assist his co-defendant.
