Opinion of the Court

In re: Kenneth L. Shoats applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus and prohibition.

Not considered. The application is not timely filed.

Concurring Opinion

BARHAM, J.,

concurs. Relator should reapply and show good cause why we should consider a writ filed one day late. If mailed timely or for some other reason we will or at least should reconsider. Relator should make that showing in his new application.
