In re: Michael Wayne David applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus.

Granted. Applicant is entitled to trial by jury during the special session of the 19th Judicial District Court called for July and August, 1973, pursuant to order of said court dated June 30, 1973. Accordingly, a trial by jury is ordered to be held on or before August 20, 1973, or respondent judge and the district attorney shall show cause to the contrary on or before August 20, 1973.
