Supreme Court of Louisiana
State v. Lewis, 280 So. 2d 223 (La. 1973)
1973 La. LEXIS 6042
Tate

State v. Lewis

Concurring Opinion

TATE, J.,

concurs in the denial on the ground stated (which is partly based upon the absence of evidence under a formal bill of exceptions) at this time, being of the opinion that such denial is without prejudice to the relator to re-urge this condition upon appeal in the event of conviction.

Opinion of the Court

In re: Donald L. Lewis and Walter J. Lucas applying for writ of prohibition.

Writ denied. The showing made does not warrant the exercise of this Court’s supervisory jurisdiction.
