State ex rel. Webster v. Henderson

Opinion of the Court

In re: Leotis Webster applying for remedial writs and writ of habeas corpus.

Writ denied. Based upon the contemporaneous colloquies at the time of the pleas of guilty, and upon the evidentiary held upon this application, we find no error in the trial court’s determination that the defendant’s plea of guilty was knowingly made after he was fully informed of his rights.

BARHAM, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted.
