Writ denied: By letter of September 24, 1973, we are informed that the respondent judge has set this matter for hearing as ordered by us in Docket Nos. 53,202 and 53,375, 272 So.2d 694 and 275 So.2d 782. We are unable to say that the issue as restricted is not in compliance with such order.
